JOB SUMMARY:
This position will assist the Controller with all aspects of the Accounting and Administrative functions of the company.
Work Experience
Required - 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge Skills And Abilities
- Proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision a plus.
Job Duties
- Provides administrative support for the department and/or specific managers within the department which includes composing letters, generating proposals and submittals, assisting with the creation of marketing material, and answering phones.
- Provides accounting support for the department which includes assisting with payroll, expense generation, invoices, reconciliation of accounts and other human resource duties.
- Establishes and maintains good rapport and cooperative working relationships with management and staff.
- Performs other related duties as required.
