SJB Group, LLC is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Administrative Assistant to join our company in Baton Rouge. The selected individual will provide organizational and secretarial support to the Owner and Department Managers.

Primary Responsibilities of this position include:


  • Assist with the preparation of technical proposals and submittals
  • Compile reports which include data entry of project related information
  • Compose letters and office memos
  • Create PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist marketing with company functions
  • Assist accounting with human resources management
  • Assist accounting with data entry
  • Provide clerical assistance was needed to marketing staff
  • Order office supplies
  • Phone duties

Education/Experience:

  • Prefer two (2) plus years' experience performing administrative duties
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • College degree a plus but not required
  • Deltek Vision Software, bookkeeping and or human resource experience is a plus
